Family Tree, Family Crest and Family Unity has gone
The family as we once knew in western societies is long dead. There no longer seems to be the same bonding as there used to be, and kids are quite happy to move to the other side of the world for careers, new lifestyles, or just because they want to get away from the boredom of family interaction.
There are numerous family issues with modern day clans, and it’s probably not too extreme to say that many families may well reside in the same home, but actually have very little to do with each other when compared to the camaraderie of the grandparents era. Some of the youngsters are plugged into humans interaction, as opposed to machines like mobile devices, home computers and other technological marvels that help split real world interaction, but they are few and far between.
Ask one of today’s teenagers what they think about the family tree, or what they know about family crest symbols, or family products that have Mum, Dad, and the kids all having fun together, and they’ll probably look at you as if you’ve lost the plot! Although the family horoscopes are most likely nothing more than hocus-pocus fun and amusement, at least the clan would site down and discuss what they read. Not so in today’s world of I, I, I, me, me, me. The only horoscope or lifestyle most family members are their own, and that’s not to mean the family unit, but the individual member.
